It equips because all of us, no matter our experience and training, can always be better equipped to face new challenges and trials in life.

This is especially true in this time of overwhelming stress and intensity. And while we hope this time of crisis will end soon, the lasting impact will be felt well beyond our current circumstances.

With this in mind, we would like to invite you to join us in daily experiences designed to equip your mental, emotional and spiritual self-care practice. These 30-minute exercises, called “Mind-Body Live: Experience Whole Health,” take place every weekday at 11am Central Time and are easy to join on Facebook Live at https://www.facebook.com/wholehealthonline/.

We hope spending a bit of time with this community will provide respite for all and a chance to connect and grow in community. We are in this together, and we are strong.
